BBB® Beer Bath is an original and protected procedure entailing a sauna session, bath in a wooden vat and body regeneration on a bed lined with oat straw. The basic element of the bath is water of temperature 35 + 2°C enriched with ingredients used to brew beer. They are 100% natural and do not contain any chemical additions. The bath is alcohol-free, therefore the treatment can be enjoyed by everyone, even by children.
The recipe of BBB® Beer Bath is a registered utility model and is legally protected. An additional factor that strengthens the treatment effect is the use of hydro massage. The stream of air bubbles faster dissolves the ingredients of hop and malt, thanks to which they can be absorbed by the skin easier. Heat exchange and special wood the vats are made of ensures constant temperature of the water.
PROCEDURE DESCRIPTION
- Relaxation in Roman Baths – 60 minutes
First stage is sauna relaxation lasting 10-15 minutes, followed by cooling down of the body in the pool, another sauna session lasting 10-15 minutes and again cooling down in the pool. This sequence prepares the skin for the next stage of the treatment as well as relaxes the tense and tired muscles, improves blood circulation and metabolism, removes toxins from the body, alleviates rheumatic ailments and improves the general immunity.
- BBB® Beer Bath – 20 minutes
A bath in a wooden tub, in ingredients from which beer is made. During the bath we can pour and drink beer all the time, which will make the treatment even more pleasant.
- Relaxation – 30 minutes
Relaxation on a bed lined with oat straw calms us down and gives us a boost of energy. Our body is being wrapped in a soft sheet and our organism can relax and perspire. To enhance the effect of the treatment, we recommend waiting 4 hours before taking a bath/showering.
